RockPay Targets Digital Payments through Social Finance
Finacial technology company, RockPay, has launched its digital finance platform in the country, offering users a single platform for making payments, growing businesses and raising funds for personal and community needs.
RockPay, which is designed for individuals, businesses and communities, brings together peer-to-peer transfers, payment requests, QR code payments, payment links and business profiles, while also providing a donation feature for fundraising.
Speaking on the launch, Francis Osaji, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RockPay, said the platform was created to solve everyday challenges faced by Nigerians.
“RockPay was built to connect businesses with customers, simplify digital payments, and make it easier for people to raise money for the things that matter most. We wanted to create a platform where accepting payments, supporting causes, and growing businesses feel as natural as using social media,” he said.
“RockPay addresses the growing need for a more connected financial experience by eliminating the need to use multiple applications for payments, fundraising, and business transactions. Through searchable business profiles, QR code payments, payment links, and transparent fundraising campaigns, users can seamlessly transact while building stronger relationships with customers and their communities.
“RockPay is more than a payment app, it is a complete solution provider built essentially to help small businesses grow, socialise, give them real market visibility, and raise funds with ease. Whether you are a business owner looking to get discovered and accept payments faster through your business profile, QR codes and payment links, or an individual who wants to raise money for school fees, medical bills or a community project through our verified donation feature, RockPay was built for you,” he added.
