Lagos-based meal preparation company, Prep Nourish, is positioning itself to serve busy professionals as it expands into the corporate consumer segment.

The company said it is differentiating itself by delivering healthy, pre-planned and pre-portioned meals to customers who have little time to make daily food choices.

Founder, Henry Eze, said the service is designed for working professionals whose demanding schedules make regular, healthy eating difficult.

“In Lagos, being ambitious often means being exhausted. By the time most professionals think about food, they are choosing survival, not nutrition,” he said.

Eze informed that the firm operates a structured meal-planning model covering breakfast, lunch and dinner, with meals prepared and delivered in advance so customers do not have to decide what to eat each day.

He added that the company prioritised healthy eating   rather than just satisfying hunger.

“This is why we have been intentional about our ingredients, including the use of alternatives such as tigernut-based pasta and herb breads instead of standard white-flour staples,” he said, adding that meals are also designed to support weight management and long-term health.

“Part of our offerings is tailored for people pursuing fitness goals or managing conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure. We want to make it easier to show up for consumers’ health, even on the days Lagos is doing the most. People don’t fail at eating well because they are lazy; they fail because life is demanding and food decisions never stop.”
