SkyDreams Properties Limited has launched SkyGarden Estate in Millennium City, Kaduna, adding to ongoing residential development within one of the state’s expanding urban districts.

The estate, scheduled to open on 9th February 2026, is located within Millennium City, an area that has recorded increased residential activity alongside public infrastructure investment in recent years. The development is intended to provide access to land for individuals and families seeking to undertake private residential construction.

According to the company, SkyGarden Estate comprises residential plots and planned housing units designed for owner-occupier development. SkyDreams Properties said the project forms part of its efforts to support housing availability within emerging urban areas of Kaduna State.

Speaking on the development, Chief Marketing Officer of SkyDreams Properties Limited, Miss Thalmon Margret, said the project was structured to address housing demand within the area.

The company said the estate is expected to be supported by basic infrastructure, including internal road networks, electricity supply, and security arrangements. Provisions have also been made for shared community facilities intended to support residential use within the estate.

Millennium City has become a focal point for urban growth in Kaduna, driven by a combination of public- and private-sector investment. Infrastructure projects in the area include road construction, healthcare facilities, markets, and transport terminals. The district also hosts security installations and forms part of the Kaduna State-Qatar mass housing scheme.

Commenting on the launch, Chief Executive Officer of SkyDreams Properties Limited, ESV Umar Al-Amin, said the company views the development as a response to increasing housing demand in the area.

“Our focus is on delivering residential developments that align with the growth of emerging urban centres,” he said.

SkyDreams Properties Limited stated that SkyGarden Estate forms part of its broader real estate operations in Kaduna State and aligns with wider urban expansion across the state.

The launch adds to ongoing private-sector participation in residential development within Millennium City, as Kaduna State continues to record growth in housing activity linked to urbanisation and population increase.
