The Queen Elizabeth Chikamnele Agwu Widowcare Foundation, in partnership with Dr. Princess Ezinne Agwu’s Charity Initiative, on December 23, 2025, hosted a well-organized Christmas party for widows, spreading joy, relief, and renewed hope during the festive season.
The outreach, held in the true spirit of Christmas, brought together numerous widows who were treated to a warm, dignified celebration designed to show love, care, and inclusion. The event emphasized compassion over ceremony, ensuring that the beneficiaries felt valued and supported.
As part of the initiative, each widow received two (2) bags of 5kg rice, six (6) yards of wrapper, and an envelope of cash, providing essential support to help them celebrate Christmas and meet immediate household needs.
Speaking through representatives, Dr Princess Ezinne Agwu (Dr PEA) reaffirmed her commitment to humanitarian service, noting that the season calls for intentional giving, especially to women who carry the burden of family responsibility alone. The partnership with the Queen Elizabeth Chikamnele Agwu Widowcare Foundation further strengthened efforts to deliver impactful and sustainable support to widows.
The event featured moments of fellowship, shared meals, prayers, and expressions of gratitude, creating an atmosphere of unity and encouragement. Many beneficiaries described the intervention as timely and deeply meaningful.

The 2025 edition stands as a clear demonstration that Christmas is not only about celebration, but about sharing, compassion, and lifting lives.
