NCDMB and Chelfom Engineering Construction Launch NOGICD Act Compliance Training

The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has partnered with Chelfom Engineering Construction Co. Nigeria Limited to commence a training programme on Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act Compliance.

The programme aims to enhance compliance with the NOGICD Act and promote local content development in the oil and gas industry.
In a statement, it was noted that the training programme is designed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to implement the NOGICD Act effectively. It will cover key aspects of the Act, including compliance requirements, enforcement mechanisms, and best practices in local content development.

The statement also noted that the NCDMB has been at the forefront of promoting local content development in the oil and gas industry.

The Board has implemented various initiatives to enhance compliance with the NOGICD Act and increase local participation in the industry.
This training program is part of the Board’s efforts to build capacity and promote compliance among industry stakeholders.
