Inspiring Woman Africa Conference Returns for 14th Edition with Power-packed Lineup of Leaders, Innovators

The Inspiring Woman Africa (IWA) Conference is set to hold its 14th edition on December 11, 2025, at the Civic Centre, Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island. The conference theme is “Leadership Redefined, Charting New Paths To Excellence.” According to Kemi Ajumobi, Founder/Group CEO IWA, and convener of the conference, “Leadership determines how far a family, organisation and nation can grow. Now more than ever before, the citizens have more questions for their leaders. At the centre of IWA Series 14 is our discussion on leadership.”

The organisers are excited to announce that the keynote speaker for this year is H.E Madam Sahle-Work Zewde, Former President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
