Dr. Larry Aghedo Congratulates Gov. Okpebholo on One Year in Office

A chieftan of the All progressive Congress (APC) and Development Economics expert, Dr. Larry Aghedo, has congratulated Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, on marking his first year in office, commending his leadership and developmental strides.

In a statement issued on Sunday, Aghedo lauded the governor’s performance within one year, noting that his administration has demonstrated commitment to good governance, infrastructure development, youth empowerment, and social welfare.

He particularly praised Okpebholo’s firm stance against cultism and insecurity, describing it as a bold step towards restoring peace and safety across the state.

“In just twelve months, Governor Okpebholo’s leadership has brought visible change — from his decisive fight against cultism to his dedication to infrastructure, empowerment, and compassion for the Edo people,” Aghedo said.

He added that the governor’s empathy and results-driven approach continue to inspire unity and hope among citizens.
