Vesti to Promote Innovation, Leadership at Prosper Conference in Lagos

Vesti, the migration and finance infrastructure company, is set to host its flagship annual conference, Prosper Conference, themed: ‘Roots to Riches: Africa Climbing’. The events, scheduled for October 23–24, 2025, at Landmark Event Centre in Lagos, will gather leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers to chart Africa’s path to sustainable growth.

“This is more than a conference—it is the moment where Africa defines its next decade of progress,” said Olusola Amusan, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vesti. “Prosper Conference will bring together the people, ideas, and resources that transform ambition into outcomes with global impact.”
The programme will feature keynote sessions from high-profile voices including Dr. Olakunle Soriyan, Global Strategist and Author; Olusola Amusan, Co-Founder and CEO of Vesti; Abimbola Amusan, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Vesti; and Hon. Tubosun Alake, Commissioner for Innovation, Science and Technology, Lagos State. Together, they will lead discussions on how Africa can accelerate progress in migration, enterprise, and innovation.

Beyond the keynote stage, Prosper Conference 2025 is designed as a dynamic experience. The Prosper Pitch Competition will award $5,000 in funding to a founder developing a breakthrough solution for the continent. The Prosper Awards will celebrate achievements across technology, migration, finance, and the creative industries. The exhibition floor will feature entrepreneurs and partners presenting new solutions, products, and tools designed to drive African enterprise forward.

The conference will also place a spotlight on culture. Through performances, storytelling, and live showcases, attendees will experience Africa’s creativity in action. Structured networking sessions will ensure participants leave not just with inspiration but with valuable connections to investors, diaspora leaders, and decision-makers.

“Our theme, Roots to Riches: Africa Climbing, reflects the reality that Africa is no longer a continent waiting to rise—it is already shaping the global economy,” said Abimbola Amusan, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Vesti. “Prosper Conference will make that influence visible, celebrated, and expanded.”

For Vesti, Prosper Conference is the natural extension of its mission to provide the infrastructure that powers migration and global opportunities for Africans. The company believes the conference will serve as a catalyst for greater recognition of African innovation and as a launchpad for new collaborations with global partners.
