Amb. Kingsley Onuche Appointed Director of International Human Rights Commission Global, Nigeria
The International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) Global has officially announced the appointment of Ambassador Kingsley Onuche as the new Director of IHRC Global, Nigeria.
Amb. Kingsley Onuche, a distinguished peace advocate and President/Founder of the Peace Ambassadors Advocacy Network (PAAN), has been recognized for his consistent commitment to promoting peace, human rights, youth empowerment, and humanitarian development across Nigeria and beyond. His appointment marks a significant step in strengthening IHRC’s presence and impact within the country.
Speaking on the appointment, the IHRC Global leadership described Amb. Kingsley Onuche as “a visionary leader whose dedication to grassroots peacebuilding and human rights advocacy aligns with IHRC’s global mission to promote justice, equity, and dignity for all.”
Under his new role, Amb. Kingsley Onuche will coordinate IHRC Global’s programs in Nigeria, working closely with government institutions, civil society, international partners, and grassroots organizations to:

Promote Nigeria’s active role in global human rights dialogues and peace missions.
