Beware of Visa Racketeers, Protect Yourself from Scams
Global Mondiloh Ltd has warned Nigerians seeking to travel abroad to beware of visa racketeers who promise guaranteed visas and work permits in exchange for huge sums of money.
In a statement issued by the company, Chief Executive Officer, Monday Achoja Oghenechovwe, cautioned the public against falling victim to fraudulent agents taking advantage of unsuspecting citizens.
“Unscrupulous individuals and agencies are exploiting people’s desperation by demanding huge sums under the guise of providing visas.
“We want Nigerians to be vigilant and avoid such scams,” Oghenechovwe said.
The firm stressed that it would never demand upfront payment without providing clear services, request payment through unorthodox means, or insist on communication solely via telephone, email, or text messages.
