GoVeloox Launches in Abuja, Promises Safe and Transparent Dispatch Services for Nigerians

JAM-Forte Logistics Co. Ltd has officially launched GoVeloox, an innovative dispatch delivery platform set to redefine how packages move within Nigerian cities. The rollout begins in Abuja, with plans to expand nationwide.

The platform, developed by JAM-Forte Technologies Ltd — the technology arm of the JAM-Forte Group — was handed over to JAM-Forte Logistics for scaling as part of its mission to build one of Nigeria’s most reliable logistics networks.

At the launch event, held on September 27, 2025, at Nova Cinema, Novare Mall, Lugbe Abuja, industry stakeholders, rider associations, business leaders, and tech enthusiasts gathered to witness what many described as a game-changer in Nigeria’s logistics space.

A major highlight of the event was the pledge of support from Commander M.M. Garga of the FRSC Lugbe Unit Command, alongside officials Aliyu A. Pai and I.M. Nwajiobi. The FRSC team underscored the importance of safety in the fast-growing logistics sector and committed to collaborating with JAM-Forte Logistics to create frameworks that protect riders and establish a safer, structured system for Abuja and beyond.

Addressing concerns from business owners on accessibility, the Founder of JAM-Forte Group, Mr. John Akpetimeh Miracle, said: “You don’t need any special partnership to use GoVeloox. Just install the app and start sending.”

Product Manager Hart Shirley-Grace highlighted GoVeloox’s standout features, including real-time tracking, PIN-protected handovers, automated dispute resolution, verified riders, transparent pricing, and secure BaaS-enabled payments.

According to the company, GoVeloox is designed to address long-standing challenges in Nigeria’s dispatch landscape, such as unreliable service, mistrust, and poor accountability.
