Adeboye Lanre Set to Launch National Welding Safety Guide in Nigeria

In a bold move to boost safety awareness across Nigeria’s fabrication and construction sectors, seasoned welding professional and CEO of Blanrex Alliance Enterprise, Adeboye Lanre, is set to release a comprehensive safety guide for welders and fabricators this August.

Titled “Safe Welding Saves Lives”, the guide is tailored to address the persistent safety challenges in the nation’s welding industry, drawing from Adeboye’s extensive hands-on experience in top organizations including Workforce Group, Purple Real Estate Development Company, Bridge International Academy, and Ratson Construction Limited.

The upcoming release is expected to serve as a practical manual covering critical areas such as personal protective equipment (PPE), safe handling of gas cylinders, fire prevention strategies, electrical safety protocols, and emergency response measures. According to Adeboye, “Welding accidents are preventable. Our goal is to make safety a daily habit, not a reaction to tragedy.”

The guide also marks the beginning of a nationwide safety movement. Blanrex Alliance Enterprise plans to host a series of community training workshops and distribute free copies of the manual to welding hubs across the country in a bid to reinforce safety-first culture among artisans and technicians.

“Safety isn’t expensive, it’s priceless,” Adeboye remarked, underscoring the urgency of embracing professional safety practices in both formal and informal construction environments.

With increasing incidents of workplace hazards in Nigeria’s civil engineering and fabrication sectors, stakeholders say this initiative couldn’t have come at a better time.
