Faveremit’s Virtual Dollar Card Opens Global Payment Access for Nigerians, says founder
For Nigerian freelancers, content creators, and online businesses, accessing international payment platforms like Netflix, Amazon, and Facebook Ads has long been a struggle due to stringent banking restrictions. Emeka, a digital marketer in Abuja, attested to its convenience: “I use my Faveremit card for all my work subscriptions Facebook Ads, Canva, and Zoom. Before this, my bank card would fail at least half the time. Now, transactions go through instantly.”

Industry analysts suggest that solutions like Faveremit’s virtual card are critical in a country where forex scarcity and banking limitations stifle online entrepreneurship. “Nigerians are increasingly participating in the global digital economy, but legacy financial systems haven’t kept up,” said Adeola Williams, a fintech analyst at TechCabal. “Platforms like Faveremit are filling that gap.”
