Prometric’s selection process is rigorous. Performance is evaluated through live CCTV and audio monitoring, direct feedback from candidates, and expert review of candidate handling; including care, courtesy, center comfort, and malpractice prevention. Out of test centers operating in over 150 countries, only the top performers qualify for this honour each quarter. In Africa, just 9 test centers are formal Prometric partners, with only 2 located in West Africa.

The latest award cycle was driven by a standout quarter in which Dragnet Solutions delivered exceptional performance across all Prometric evaluation metrics. The center recorded zero audit failures, maintained a flawless record during secret shopper assessments, and achieved a remarkable 99 per cent+ execution score. Additionally, there were no staff-related flags observed via Prometric’s comprehensive CCTV monitoring, no failed DVR audits, and zero delays to scheduled test start times. This impeccable operational track record not only highlights Dragnet’s commitment to excellence but also reinforces its status as one of the most reliable and efficient test centers globally.

Dragnet’s repeated recognition places it in an elite league of global centers, many of which have not received the award even after over a decade of operations. The rarity and prestige of this achievement speak volumes about Dragnet’s world-class operational standards.
