FG Partners Africana Group to Empower Youths on Craftsmanship
The Federal Ministry of Art, Culture, Tourism, and the Creative Economy (FMACCE) has embarked on a transformative partnership with AFRICANA Group to bolster Nigeria’s creative industry.
This collaboration is designed to showcase Nigerian craftsmanship on a global scale while empowering the nation’s youth through targeted initiatives.
Central to this alliance is the emphasis on skill development and job creation. By implementing comprehensive training programs and establishing incubation hubs, the partnership aims to equip young Nigerians with the necessary tools to excel in various creative sectors. This approach not only fosters individual growth but also stimulates economic development within the country.
To ensure the success of these initiatives, FMACCE will leverage its Special-Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), including Nigeria Everywhere, the Creative Leap Acceleration Programme (CLAP), the Creative & Tourism Infrastructure Corporation (CTICO), and the Creative Economy Development Fund (CEDF). These SPVs are strategically designed to promote Nigerian culture globally, accelerate creative endeavors, develop infrastructure, and provide financial support to the creative economy.
In this collaborative framework, AFRICANA Group, along with partners like TAG Factory and Hall4our, will spearhead project execution, develop incubation hubs, and manage strategic communications. Their collective efforts are poised to shape the future of Nigeria’s creative economy, positioning Nigerian talents prominently on the world stage.
This partnership signifies a pivotal moment for Nigeria’s creative industry, reflecting a commitment to cultural excellence, innovation, and sustainable economic growth.
