Glamorous Green Gardens: Uvest Allocates Its 12th Property Within 3 Months

Every day may feel normal, but for Uvest, the second Saturday of the month was special—a day to fulfill a promise. On February 8th, Uvest allocated its12th real estate property, Green Gardens, at Omu-Epe.

The allocation process took just three months from launch, making it the fastest property allocation in Uvest’s history. After the property inspection on 30th November, 2024, Uvest’s CEO, Dr. Philip Babalola promised that Green Gardens would be allocated in February—and he delivered something many real estate companies fail to do.”

The event started with every client and realtor receiving a customized ‘Green Gardens’ jersey to make them feel part of the journey. Even the event staff and site workers got one.

Before the documentation process began, Dr. Babalola, who addressed the guests, congratulated every client who invested in this property. “These are the people who believe in what we are building here,” he said.

He also gave special recognition to Mr. Jude Awunor, a notable client who attended both the property inspection and the allocation event.

Awunor shared his thoughts on the transformation he witnessed between November and February. “Just looking at the environment, I wish I could buy more,” he said, impressed by the rapid development of the site.

However, Dr. Babalola explained why Uvest chose the location, especially since one of their best-selling properties, Millennial Woods, is already in Epe.

“Epe is becoming too expensive for many buyers. We decided to invest in a nearby boundary, closer to Epe-Lagos, where clients can get land at a more affordable price,” he said.

He also emphasized the importance of timing in real estate investments, “Understanding when to buy is key. This property spans about 50 acres, and due to high demand, we plan to expand it. One client has already purchased three to four acres, and all the development here has happened in just three months.

“Uvest played a pioneering role in this location, clearing and widening the road from the highway to the property. This effort has also helped other real estate companies attract clients to properties at Omu-Epe. Uvest is not just selling land; it is driving demand and development in the area.

“Uvest is giving out the opportunity for people who want to be a part of their journey to reach out to find out more on Abuja sales line through 09014720758 and Lagos Sales line on 08100385559. “

The event continued with the grand opening—marked by the ribbon cutting around the beautiful gatehouse and exploring the 50-acre landscape. The entrance of Green Gardens is adorned with wildflowers, reinforcing the project’s commitment to sustainability and green living.

Guests enjoyed food and drinks, celebrating the merry milestone. As the evening approached, the event wrapped up early enough for attendees to travel back to Lagos, Ogun, and Ibadan.

While this project is ongoing as one of Uvest’s fast-selling properties, the company also affirmed that it has some exciting projects coming up in Abuja for a selected few.

It was more than just an allocation—it was a step toward Uvest’s bigger mission over the last four years. It is a testament to what they have built in the real estate market, home and abroad, with many diaspora clients who bought from Canada, Germany, and the UK already receiving their allocation letter. The goal remains bridging Nigeria’s housing gap. And for Uvest, this is just the beginning. There’s more to come.
