Firm Records Major Improvements after AI Agent Adoption

Kobotrack Finance has released its 2024 performance report, revealing strong gains in customer-support efficiency after subscribing to TeeJayCloud’s AI Agent, a product developed and led by Joshua Aaron.
The company integrated the AI agent early in the year, and its newly published report attributes several of the year’s improvements to the system’s automation capabilities.
According to the report, the AI agent delivered faster responses, higher resolution accuracy, and a more stable support workflow as it handled a significant share of customer interactions throughout 2024.
Kobotrack said these improvements were especially valuable during periods of heightened platform activity, contributing to higher satisfaction rates and more consistent user engagement.
Speaking on the results, Technical Director Seun Ibironke noted that the adoption of TeeJayCloud’s AI Agent marked a turning point for the company’s operational capacity.
“The AI Agent has become a dependable part of our support infrastructure,” he said. “It consistently delivers the speed and accuracy we need, and the improvements reflected in our 2024 report show just how much value the system has added across the year.”
Kobotrack confirmed that the AI Agent will remain a core component of its service framework as the platform continues to scale into 2025.
