Taiwo Adeyemi on Acting, Nightlife and the next chapters

Actor and Nightlife Influencer, Taiwo Adeyemi has evolved over the past decade has a strong force to reckon with when it comes to interpreting roles as an actor and his recent venture into nightlife influencing. He is known for his attention to details which reads through his dress sense, lifestyle and smitten appeal to many.

Venturing into acting about a decade ago he has gone ahead to have a very impressive filmography featuring in movies such as Ada Omo Daddy, IJGB (I just got back), Picture Perfect (the series), Mimi, Kassanova, Honeymoon Palava, TeniFayo, Eye Mi, Eru Ati Omo, Untamed, Gone to mention a few. His exceptional acting skills has endeared him to a lot of producers and directors who he has blessed with his professionalism and rare style of acting.

Taiwo has had the privilege of working with renowned directors and producers such as Adebayo Tijani, Asurf Oluwaseyi, Biodun Stephen, Akay Mason, Adeshina Paul (Bogumbe), and Daniel Ademinokan. These experiences have significantly shaped his craft, as being on their sets feels like attending a masterclass. Each project has offered unique lessons, ranging from storytelling techniques to the complexity of character development. Taiwo particularly values the collaborative energy and creative insight these industry leaders bring, making every moment on set a transformative experience.

On how he ventured into acting, Taiwo recalls that, “Like I always say, unlike most people, I didn’t think I would become an actor from my childhood but I knew I had something in me. I couldn’t explain until my uncle who’s a film producer asked me to feature in his movie in 2014 which I did, ever since then, I loved it. I love to become someone else, wearing different shoes and emotions. This has now become my passion and I’d do this over and over and over again now.”

I think my relationship with people, and how hospitable I can be sets me apart from other nightlife influencers, Taiwo expresses. He adds, “I always want to listen to what people have to say, their feedbacks , their complaints, their opinions among other things. I also want to make sure they are fine and happy as it’s not just about their money. I see myself going global in the next 5 years as an actor and as a nightlife influencer penetrating into the international space too as I take Lagos nightlife globally.”

As 2025 approaches, the actor is super excited for his personal project that he will be filming next. He details further saying, “It’s going to be my debut as an executive producer and I’ll be taking the lead role in the film. I’m also excited about a project i just shot with Vzhun Films and Wildpepper Studios, it’s called Love And Frequency. It’s a series that should start airing by the next Valentines Day. It features myself, Eso Dike, Inem King, John Ekanem, Imoh Eboh, Iveren Antiev amongst others.”
