On Friday, September 6, 2024, Birmingham was so alive with music at XOYO on Lower Trinity Street, Birmingham. The venue is already known for its lively setting, but this night felt different. Outside, the streets were filled with fans waiting and laughing. Everyone was excited even before the doors opened. The reason was clear. BNXN, formerly known as Buju, was in town to perform. The show was put together by Timmy Pharell, a promoter who has made a strong name in the UK for bringing African artists to the stage.

From the start, it was clear that Timmy Pharell planned the event with great care. The lights inside the venue gave a warm and welcoming feeling. The sound was sharp and clear. Around the stage, you could see that every detail had been arranged. Timmy’s team moved quietly, making sure everything ran smoothly. Thousands of people filled the venue. Most were young men and women who came to hear BNXN perform songs from his new album Sincerely, Benson. Many fans also dressed in stylish clothes, showing that the event was as much about culture and fashion as it was about music.

When the lights dimmed, the crowd shouted and clapped loudly. BNXN stepped onto the stage wearing a bright yellow designer outfit. He stood out immediately. The cheers grew louder before he even started singing. It showed how much his fans admired him and how strong the bond between him and the audience was.
Sincerely, Benson was released on October 5, 2023, less than a year before this show. The album marked a new step in BNXN’s career. It mixes deep emotions with catchy rhythms. On stage, the songs felt fresh and alive. He began with “Pidgin & English.” The crowd sang every line along with him. Then he performed “Pray,” “Sweet Tea (Aduke),” and “Realize.” Each track brought energy, honesty, and movement that kept the whole crowd involved.

The touch of the promoter was clear all night. Timmy Pharell did more than book an artist and a hall. He built an experience. The stage lights changed with every song. The sound reached every corner of XOYO perfectly. This was not just a music show, it was a memory in the making. Timmy’s skill in creating such nights is the reason he is respected in the UK music scene.

When BNXN sang “Gwagalada,” the crowd exploded with joy. People jumped and waved their hands in the air. Young women sang into each other’s faces with excitement. Young men moved their heads in rhythm and shouted along. Soon after, BNXN performed “Mood,” the popular song he made with Wizkid. Phones were raised everywhere. The hook filled the room, and XOYO became the heart of Afrobeats for those few minutes.

BNXN also took breaks to thank his fans. He told them how much Sincerely, Benson meant to him. He explained that the songs were like letters he wrote to himself and to those who support him. His words gave the music extra power. It was not just a show but a personal sharing of his journey.

BNXN was not the only act of the night. Timmy Pharell made sure to give room to Tayhmie Black, a new artist with a bright future. She performed so beautifully. Her voice filled the hall with a soft yet strong sound. Even though she was not the main star, her confidence and style won the audience over. People clapped and cheered, and some even joined in singing. For many, it was the first time hearing Tayhmie Black, and she left with more fans than she started with. This showed Timmy’s good judgment in mixing big names with upcoming talents.

As the night went on, BNXN gave more of his best songs. He sang “Toxic,” “Final Answer,” and “Best of Me.” Each track brought a different mood. Fast songs got everyone dancing, while slower songs made people close their eyes and sway. Every track had its own moment of response; loud applause, excited shouts, or quiet attention. The crowd was a balanced mix. There were men and women, couples, groups of friends, and solo fans. Each person found something in the music that spoke to them.

Holding all of this together was Timmy Pharell. He was not just an organizer but a guide for the whole night. His past shows with Bella Shmurda, Ice Prince, and Reekado Banks have shown his ability. With this BNXN concert, he proved it again. Nothing felt out of place. Security was strong but polite. Drinks and items were easy to find. The event flowed naturally. A good promoter makes everything feel easy, even though there is hard work behind the scenes.

Isi Bhaks who handled the sound makes a lovely show as she makes sure the sound comes off well. The audience could hear Bnxn loud and clear. Unlike other shows which are marred by sound malfunctioning. Isi  Bhaks makes sure the concert pan out well.

When BNXN sang his last song, the energy in the room was still high. Fans did not want to leave. They stayed, talking about their favorite moments. Some replayed videos they had just recorded. Others shouted BNXN’s name long after the lights came up. That is the magic of a live show when it is done right.
For BNXN, this show was a strong point in his journey. It showed that Sincerely, Benson was not just an album but a movement. Fans were ready to show up and celebrate it. For Tayhmie Black, it was a big chance to shine and prove her place on bigger stages. For Timmy Pharell, it was proof of his growing power in the music industry. He brought the right artist, the right space, and the right energy together.

The XOYO event was not only about the music. It was about planning, care, and vision. Timmy Pharell gave fans a place to enjoy music, gave BNXN a stage to connect, and gave Tayhmie Black a chance to grow. This balance is what makes a promoter stand out from the rest.

When fans finally stepped into the cool Birmingham night, they carried more than songs in their heads. They carried memories of a night well spent. BNXN gave them his music. Tayhmie Black gave them something new. And Timmy Pharell gave them the whole experience.
