Very quickly, the next attire that is also eye-catching in this 2022 collection is this gorgeous-looking garment. Like the costumes of a ‘mammy water’ in Nollywood movies, this creatively curated flowing dress perfectly blends two fabrics – Ankara and shiny black face satin. The spiral-patterned blue and yellow Ankara fabric is sewn with precision, featuring a half-tube style. This garment incorporates a tiny spaghetti strap on one shoulder while the other shoulder is strapless, forming a tube – hence, making it half-tubed.

The black satin material perfectly hems the top and bottom parts of the dress. The tiny strap is creatively connected to the top area of the dress, made with black satin fabric, causing it to form perfect gathers that drape down to the full length of the dress.

The lower part of the dress, which also features shiny black face satin fabric, is neatly joined to the tip of the Ankara material at the ankle area, elongating the length of the dress to the floor length. The long sleet featured in the front of the dress makes it even more elegant and runway-worthy. It incorporates an altered neckline design, which also features double-layered short butterfly sleeves that leave the shoulders of the wearer bare. There is no doubt that this is the highlight of this stunning attire. It is a creative and modest way to flash some skin and look appealing without excessively revealing body parts. The C-cut pattern of the sleeves ensures that it forms perfect waves that seamlessly suit the entire style. The body of the dress is slightly free, allowing for the free movement and comfort of the wearer. However, to add a sense of style, the base of the dress features two layers of pleated fabrics woven to the tip of the main body to form gathers almost the same as the hands of the dress.
