Sunday Aborisade and Juliet Okojie in Abuja
The House of Representatives failed to hold plenary on Thursday, because members had no order papers to work with.
The Speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila, immediately announced the suspension of plenary till next Tuesday when he discovered that the members did not also form quorum around 11:15am.
The Speaker was furious and wondered why the National Assembly management would not make the order paper that would guide the proceedings of the lawmakers at plenary, available.
Gbajabiamila and a few representatives in the green chamber then returned to their offices and the head of the sergeant-at-arms returned the maze to his office.
