Collapsed High-rise Building: Army, Airforce Join Rescue Operation

The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Monday, has deployed the Disaster Response Unit of the Nigeria Army and Airforce to assist in the rescue operation.

The South West Zonal Coordinator of NEMA, Mr. Ibrahim Farinloye, disclosed this while confirming that some people were still trapped in the rubble.

“We are deploying Disaster Response Unit of the Nigeria Army and Air Force to assist in the rescue operation,” Farinloye said.
