Ironside Foundation To Host Outreach For Single Mothers & Widows

On the 1st of October, 2021, over 150 Widows, orphans and the less privileged will gather at the residence of Charles Aghogho aka “Ironside” in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria.

Charles Aghogho aka “Ironside” is a South African based digital content creator, entrepreneur & philanthropist. He is the founder and CEO of ‘Ironside Foundation. He is also the lead designer and creative director for P5 Paris clothing and accessories line.

Ironside said he is organizing the outreach to distribute palliatives and materials to the needy especially widows. He said it is always a fulfilling feeling giving to the less privileged, “the grace of God in my life is what inspired me to organize this outreach program for single mothers, widows and the mess privileged”. “Mothers are life givers and so should be catered for and taken care of” Charles said.

Speaking to our reporter, Ironside said that he has always longed to organize something like this as a way of giving back and helping those in dire need especially women and mothers. He stated that with the tough economic situation brought on by the worldwide covid pandemic, it has become necessary for private entities to participate in charitable acts.

Mr. Aghogho said he is making arrangements so that the women would receive medical check ups and diagnosis, treatment for various ailments like high blood pressure, cholesterol, malaria, bacterial and fungal infections, eye problems and also receive free medication.

Ironside promised to do all in his power to make sure this event occurs annually every 1st October as a way of marking Nigeria’s Independence Day. “Cash gifts, food items like Rice, Beans, Garri, Onions, Noodles, palm oil and salt will be distributed to the women too” he revealed.
