With a firm belief in his abilities to provide luxurious as well as affordable housing to property seekers, Egbarin is fast becoming the go-to realtor around highbrow Lekki, Ajah and even the United Kingdom.

A statement from the Obimzy properties situated in Lekki area of Lagos state, revealed that construction of stylish cribs, bachelor pads, family home and luxurious serviced flats have kept the CEO and his team busy in the last three years.

Having acquired vast land in Lekki, and Ajah areas of Lagos state as well as Ijebu Ode and Sagamu areas of Ogun state, Egbarin has continued to give other realtors and real estate firms a run for their money. The ever-smiling Egbarin noted that his dream is to keep putting smiles on people’s face by providing affordable dream houses to the general public while creating a luxurious world for elites that dream of it.

Egbarin also stressed that his decision to go into real estate isn’t totally new as he has been renting out apartments to Nigerians and people of other races in far away London, United Kingdom, where he has properties scattered around.

“I have always been into properties and real estates but I never went into it fully until we began Obimzy properties. My team and I have been putting houses and apartments for short let and rents in the United Kingdom for sometime but when Obimzy properties began fully, we decided to inculcate the rental part into it,” he quipped in a brief chat.

The Obimzy Group boss further stressed that his mission with the real estate arm, aside making commendable profit, is equally to support the Lagos and Ogun state governments in the housing sector by providing homes for low-income earners as well as elites.
