‘We are Fostering Patriotism, Exemplary Leadership with the Annual Patriots Presidential Awards’

The Bulboe Family has said the upcoming Patriots Presidential Award scheduled for April 28 in Benin-city, Edo State, is orchestrated to foster patriotism and honour exemplary leadership and appreciative followership aimed at engendering good governance in society.

In a statement, the Head of Media Relations, Adesuwa Matthew Beeki-Uwaifo of the Bulboe Family, said the event provided platform for youths to be recognised in their dedication to nation-building and excellence in active citizenry.

According to him, “The Patriots award is highly inclusive, recognising not only those in public service but also individuals diligently contributing to societal deve-lopment, particularly when their services are subject to scrutiny and accessibility.

“The two award categories include the Order of the Seals (OTS) and the Maven. The highest honour, the Order of the Seal (OTS), is exclusively granted for leadership and exemplary service merit-the quintessential order of a bearer. The symbolic letters (OTS) become an identity recognition for bearers, designating them as keepers of the Patriots seal and as protectors and upholders of the patriotic vision, sustaining the order of The Patriots which is number seven volume in The Patriots Criteria of Merit.

“The maven category awards recipients with a gold-plated Patriots symbolic statue in three areas, including Indigenous Music of All Time, Indigenous Movie of All Time and Art, Culture, and People Compilation of All Time. Nominees in this category spotlight youths in creative arts, entertainment, and sports, emphasising a traditionally inclined patriotic agenda aligned with the new Nigeria dream.”

The convener, Osabohien Endurance of the Bulboe Family, said this edition is meticulously designed to etch a lasting mark in the minds of patrons through diverse cultural and artistically entertaining events unlike any other.

He added that by focusing on mobilising the youths, the event utilises creativity through theatrical production and artistic exhibitions as a means of expression.

The convener noted that the organisation decided to partner Engraced Entertainment Company to ensure an excellent outing, which would position the event as a top-rate ceremony dedicated to recognising and celebrating excellence.
