The Africa Comedy Academy (AfriCAs), has unveiled plans to host the fourth edition of the Laughter on Lockdown Series – The Independence Day Show – aptly titled ‘LOL 4’, scheduled for Saturday, September 30, 2023, at Terra Kulture Arena, Lagos.
‘LOL 4’ promises unrivalled entertainment as it is set to exceed expectations this year with an impressive lineup of talents that will have the audience in stitches from start to finish.
Providing some insights into the show, Omotola Ayodeji, Events & Talents Manager for AfriCAs said, “LOL 4” is more than just a comedy show; it’s a full-fledged entertainment display.”
The show is well known for highlighting Nigeria’s top comedians, with previous editions featuring names like Kennyblaq, Buchi, SLK, Senator, Aproko, and MC Forever.
Alongside comedy, it also featured music artistes such as Sound Sultan, EmmaOMG, Faze of Plantashun Boiz, B.E.T nominated artiste Ayra Starr, and the eclectic melodies of The Cavemen. This year, audience can expect a more enthralling lineup led by singer/songwriter Peruzzi.
This year’s sponsors include Malta Guinness, Nivea, Palms Mall, Studio24, CreditSwitch, KAS Prints and the title sponsor, Zenith Bank.
