comrades unfortunately there is a multitude of African nations which could use like management of rape. A combination of apprehending perpetrator plus announcing strict punishment. In far to many African countries rape seem like a past time with males indulging in it as if they are doing females a favor. There is little as heartbreaking as acquiring information of some HIV infected male passing on that infection to some female including babies by way of rape. South Africa since President Zuma acquittal of rape seem to have taken on appearance of a rape paradise lacking due justice for women. I would without hesitation “hunt would would” interrogate any male to obtain truth about rape claim as it relates to him. It is only through justice at least as equal as that issued in this case will inhumane act of rape of females be controlled. Well meaning men seek to control rape for benefit of community. I personally look forward to day all Buntu communities are once again well meaning toward Buntu people. Very much sincere, Henry Price Jr. aka Obediah Buntu IL-Khan aka Kankan.
