I Sing to Pass Important Messages to the Public – Nigerian Artiste, Lop3z
Rave of the moment Nigerian music artiste, DJ and songwriter, Eziafakaego Esemene, popularly known as Lop3z, has stated that her songs are meant to disseminate important messages to the general public.
Lop3z, made this known while speaking with journalists on the heels of her latest song titled: “Pay Me”.
She noted: “I’m the kind of artist that tries to make my music relatable, danceable while trying to pass important messages to the public.
“Any song that has no meaningful message to share is not worth it and that is why I always strive to ensure that my songs are loaded with messages capable of impacting meaningfully on the lives of the people.”
She further hinted that her musical career started in secondary school where she began singing and dancing alongside her childhood friend. She started music professionally in 2012 and grew up choosing Eminem and Dr Dre as her role models a decision which is having positive influence on her music style.
“I rap in English, Pidgin with a little bit of indigenous languages and slangs.
My music also has a feel of old skool and throwback vibe with nostalgic feelings,” she said.
