Naira Abuse: Cubana Chief Priest Pleads Not Guilty, Granted N10m Bail

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Wednesday arraigned a businessman, Pascal Okechukwu, popularly called Cubana Chief Priest, before a Federal High Court in Lagos over abuse of the naira

He was arraigned before Justice Kehinde Ogundare on a three-count charge of allegedly spraying and tampering with the naira notes during a social event at Eko hotel in Lagos.

When the charge was read to him, he pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of N10m with 2 sureties in like sum.
