CIPM Set to Host Its 55th International Conference, Exhibition

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) is set to hold the highly anticipated 55th International Conference and Exhibition themed, “Sustainable HR, Business and National Development”, billed to take place from November 13th-16th at the International Conference Centre, Abuja.

This year’s conference, according to organisers, will explore cutting-edge solutions for people managers and business leaders to effectively manage corporate governance and ethical issues whilst promoting policies that are sustainable for business and national development.

The event, which is targeted at over 5,000 industry professionals, government officials, business leaders, and students across the globe, will kick off with pre-conference master classes and the CIPM Connect before the main conference which will feature some of these topics: Sustainable People Management Practices for Driving Business Transformation; HR’s role in enabling ethical, environmental and sustainable practices in the business ecosystem; and Global Disruption: How does HR remain relevant and sustainable in an era of rapid and exponential change, among other informative, engaging as well as interesting Plenary and Technical Sessions.
