In a world where business sustainability has become more threatened than ever for reasons ranging from hostile business operating environments to unethical practices by competitors to poor corporate culture, toxic leadership, globalization and climate change the list is endless.

It is essential for business owners and leaders to equip themselves with the tools that would aid the growth of their businesses in spite of the difficult times.

Founder/CEO of Conegelics Consulting International, Adenrele Onikosi has revealed that businesses mostly die from suicide than they do from murder.

When asked about the inspiration behind his Maverick Manager Leadership Bootcamp and how it empowers leaders to excel, he said:

”With the benefit of hindsight of over a decade and half of experience working with leaders of businesses, I can tell you that most things break from the middle including organisations.”

Businesses don’t necessarily die from murder; they die from suicide – that is from within.

So, the Maverick Manager Leadership Bootcamp was created to equip managers with the skills most essential to lead in an authentic and impactful ways.

The bootcamp has two tracks, the first track is focused on the manager as a person –character development of the manager while the second track is focused on equipping the manager with the necessary management skills to succeed. Employees leave managers, they don’t necessarily leave an organization”.

Onikosi who is a distinguished Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) is an author of five books including Mastering The Art of Presentations, said:” I did not set out to be an author, however, having a book is an indication of the proof of one’s authority.

You cannot be an authority if you have not authored anything. Being an author is also a way of immortalizing oneself, leaving a legacy and sharing oneself with the world. And I am just getting started because there is a lot to share of myself with the world”.
