Edo Dep. Gov Felicitate with Olopade on Chieftaincy Titles

Edo State Deputy Governor, Rt. Hon. Philip Shaibu, has felicitate with former Ogun State Sports Commissioner, Hon. Bukola Olopade and his wife, who are going to be conferred with Osi Asoju Oba and Erelu Osi Asoju Oba of Egbaland respectively today in Abeokuta.

According to Shaibu, “ His Royal Majesty, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo , the Okunkenu 1V must have singled both of you out for these honours because of your modest but uncommon contribution to the development and growth of the ancient city of Abeokuta and indeed Ogun State.”

Olopade is the CEO of Nilayo Sports Marketing that initiated the successful Access Bank Lagos City Marathon and several other road races dotting the nooks and crannies of the country.

He is a two-term sports commissioner in the Otunba Gbenga Daniel administration in Ogun State
