A British Airways’ Boeing 747 plane has evacuated 253 Nigerians from the United Kingdom.
The repatriation flight BA9155 with reg no G-CIVO which took off from London with 253 people on board landed at the Murtala Muhammed International Lagos at 1345hrs.
The flight was part of emergency evacuation of Nigerians from the United Kingdom.
An Emirates flight had on Wednesday brought back 256 Nigerians from the United Arab Emirates. They were the first batch of Nigerians to be evacuated since COVID-19 was declared a global pandemic..
