Segun Awofadeji in Bauchi
Former Nigerian President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, has rejoiced with the Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed over his recovery from COVID-19.
Obasanjo, in a congratulatory message sent to the governor yesterday, said it was in a great relief and joy that he received the news of his recovery from the virus.
According to him, “On behalf of my family, I join all your well-wishers in thanking God for your healing, and in praying that God will heal our country and indeed the world of this deadly virus.

Senior Special Assistant on Media to the governor Mukhtar Gidado, the former Nigerian president observed that the display of transparency, strength, and courage during the ordeal and indeed the full recovery of Governor Mohammed are very inspirational to not just the people who are suffering from the disease, but also to many Nigerians during this time of fear and uncertainty.
