BCX, an end-to-end technology solution provider, has been awarded the Best Customer Service Partner Award of the Year by Cisco at the recent Cisco Partners Summit. Which held in Dallas, United States of America, recently.
Announcing the award at a media event in Lagos recently, the Managing Director, BCX Nigeria, Ayo Adegboye, lauded Cisco for recognising BCX, among its over 200 partners in Nigeria, for the prestigious awards, which he said, underscored the commitment of BCX in offering quality service to customers.
“Cisco decided to reward BCX with the global award because of our consistency in quality customer service delivery. We go the extra mile to delight our customers and this has been our promise to our esteemed customers, and it is for this reason that Cisco accorded BCX with the international recognition,” Adegboye said.
Speaking on the impact of the award on customers, the Chief Customer Officer, BCX Nigeria, Emmanuel Akhidenor, said the award would further give customers the confidence that they are dealing with the right company that is providing them with the right quality service as recognised by Cisco.
“The award will further boost customers confidence to do safer business with BCX, it goes to show that BCX is the desired company of trust that customers should rely on. With this award, we expect more engagements from our customers,” Akhidenor said.
Addressing customer growth, the Channel Lead, English West Africa at Cisco, Isioma Udeozo, reiterated the company’s determination to further grow its customer base and provide robust network that would sustain more customers that would want to come on board to experience the BCX customer service delivery.
“We have a company with the highest number of IT certification and this is so because we have a reliable network that is also robust to meet customers needs at any point in time. We are the only active One Tier Partner with Cisco in Nigeria and we have the highest number of certified Cisco engineers.
“We are in a better position, network-wise, to better manage customer services and we will continue to improve on our network. We are making conscious investments in people and customers because they are the greatest resource that we have as an organisation,” Udeozo said.
Expatiating on the unique selling point of BCX customer service offering, Adegboye said: “Our slogan is about meeting the future, and in achieving this, we realised that our business is growing to meet customers needs. We operate the B2B, B2C and B2H. But in all, we lay more emphasis on B2H, which is all about dealing with humans and we realised this, hence we stand firm with customers always to address their challenges.”
Adegboye who dedicated the international award to all BCX loyal customers, said the essence of the dedication was highlight the importance of customers in BCX business. According to him, without the customers we will not be in business. We work hard every day just to satisfy our customers and we will continue to give them the best of service, he added.
