Biowish Africa Faults Allegations Against It by Iheanacho

Biowish Africa Limited has condemned what it described as malicious publications against its owner, Mr. Jim Daniels, by one Chief Iheanacho and his two companies, Enercon Nigeria Limited and Environ Aid Technologies Limited.

In a letter by its solicitors, Nnah, Okoye & Partners, the law firm stated that the campaign of calumny aimed at tarnishing the image of Daniels was orchestrated by his disgruntled former business associates.

The lawyers recalled that Iheanacho and his two companies had entered into a contract for distributorship of Biowish products in Nigeria for a fee of $500,000 but could only pay  $350,000, which was less than the agreed fee.
According to the law firm, it was agreed that Iheanacho should be refunded the part-payment of $350,000 in the form of products of equivalent value.

“Due to the regulated nature of the products, they could not be imported without approval from NAFDAC, which application process was delayed due to Iheanacho’s companies being unable to provide proper warehousing. As at  August 2013, NAFDAC approval had been obtained and the products shipped into the country. Chief Iheanacho was required to place an order, indicating which specific products he required out of a myriad bouquet.

Instead of doing this, Iheanacho tried to use the police to arm-twist our clients into giving him distributorship for which he could not afford to pay. Under the guise of being defrauded, he wrote his petition to the police in hope of luring Mr. Jim Daniels, who to his knowledge resides in the US to the police net. When this direct approach failed to achieve the desired result, he resorted to assassinating our client’s character,” the law firm explained.
