PDP: Buhari’s Administration has Brought Decline to Nigeria

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has said the two years of the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari has brought a steady decline to the Nigerian nation, thereby calling for concerted action to stem the slide.

The party’s position was contained in a statement entitled “Nigeria is Tottering” signed by the Director of Publicity of PDP in Ondo State, Mr Ayo Fadaka, on Sunday.

The PDP said the future of the nation currently hangs on the cliffhanger as groups committed to the balkanisation of the country now operates with bravado and remain unhindered.

“The Presidency remains so lethargic, confused and unsure footed in confronting all the challenges that confront us today, yet it is mostly responsible for the odious developments,” he said.

According to the party, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) that continues to superintend the latest desire to another secession was in direct response to the parochial appointments of the president upon his inauguration when he conveniently forgot that the entire nation remains his constituency and brazenly picked 90 per cent of his aides from the north and largely left the South-east out.
