The Osun State Government is expected to receive a 39-man delegation from the Office of the Vice-President on a study of the state school feeding programme tuesday. Other delegates are from Borno, Enugu, Kaduna, Kwara, Lagos, Ogun and Oyo States.
This was contained in a statement by the Director/State Operation Officer for Osun Elementary School Feeding and Health Programme (O-Meals), Mrs. Olubunmi Ayoola.
According to the statement, the delegates would be in the state for three days to understudy Osun School Feeding and Health Programme (O-Meals) for possible replication in their various states.
The statement added that school feeding is a multi-sectoral programme that collaborates with other government ministries and agencies such as Ministries of Education, Health, Agriculture, Commerce,
SUBEB, among others.
All affected officers from the collaborating ministries/ agencies are expected to take part in welcoming the delegates to the state and making presentations.
