Measured Health Completes Hospital Digitization Project Processes Over 12,000 Patient Records
Measured Health has completed a hospital records digitization project involving more than 12,000 patient records, marking another step in its efforts to support the digital transformation of healthcare delivery.
The project which began in 2025 was undertaken to help the hospital transition from paper-based records to a more structured digital records system, improving the organisation and accessibility of patient information and supporting more efficient clinical operations. Measured Health is an AI-powered healthcare technology venture under Pehtrah Development Foundation.
Over the course of the project more than 12,000 patient records were processed and digitized, creating a digital foundation for improved records management and more efficient access to patient information within the hospital.
According to CEO of Pehtrah Development Foundation, Mrs. Folayemi Delegan, the completion of the project demonstrates the practical value of applying technology to everyday healthcare challenges.
“As a medical professional, I know how important timely access to accurate patient information is to healthcare delivery. Digitizing these records gives the hospital a stronger foundation for managing patient information and improving efficiency. It is an important step in the wider shift towards more connected and data-enabled healthcare,” she said.
The project reflects Measured Health’s approach to digital health, which focuses on developing technology around the operational realities of healthcare providers.
The company has been developing and deploying healthcare technology solutions across Nigeria, Namibia, and India, with a focus on improving how healthcare providers capture, access, and use information.
With the completion of the hospital digitization project, Measured Health is continuing to build its digital health capabilities, with the next stage focused on building on the infrastructure and experience gained through projects such as this.
As hospitals across Africa increasingly seek to modernise their records systems and improve access to patient information, Measured Health is inviting hospitals and healthcare institutions interested in digitizing their medical records and strengthening their digital infrastructure to explore partnership opportunities.
The company said it will continue to work with healthcare providers to support the transition from fragmented paper-based systems to more efficient digital environments, while developing technologies that can contribute to smarter and more responsive healthcare delivery.
