Skywise Group Delves Into Real Estate, Commences Multi Billion Naira World Class Mixed-Use Commercial Tower in Abuja
Skywise Group has officially commenced the development of a multi-billion naira world-class mixed-use commercial tower in the heart of Wuse 2, Abuja, marking its entry into Nigeria’s premium real estate development sector.
The groundbreaking ceremony, held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, attracted investors, business partners, industry professionals, entertainers and other stakeholders, who were taken on a guided inspection of the project site and briefed on the vision behind the landmark development.
Designed to redefine commercial real estate in the Federal Capital Territory, the tower will feature premium corporate office spaces, a state-of-the-art automobile showroom, a five-star restaurant, an exclusive lounge and a rooftop swimming pool, all strategically located in one of Abuja’s most sought-after business districts.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Skywise Group, Dr. Elvis Abuyere, described the project as a major investment that reflects the company’s commitment to innovation, quality and sustainable value creation.
According to him, the development is aimed at creating a modern business hub that will attract corporate organisations, investors and entrepreneurs while contributing to the economic growth and urban development of the nation’s capital.
Dr. Abuyere noted that the company has demonstrated its capacity to deliver quality developments, citing its recently completed five-storey mixed-use project in Benin City, Edo State, which comprises luxury apartments, premium office spaces, an automobile showroom, a lounge and a rooftop swimming pool.
He expressed confidence that the Abuja tower would further strengthen Skywise Group’s position as a leading player in Nigeria’s real estate industry.
Also speaking, the Chief Executive Officer of Prime Elevation Ltd, the construction firm handling the project, Engr. Ibrahim Gidado, assured prospective investors of quality delivery, describing the location as one of the most attractive commercial destinations in the capital city.
He said the project would create new business opportunities, provide secure investment prospects and contribute significantly to reshaping Abuja’s skyline.
Veteran Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke, who attended the event, commended the vision behind the development and expressed confidence in the leadership of Skywise Group, describing the project as a worthwhile investment with enormous prospects.
The event also featured goodwill messages from key industry stakeholders, including the Chief Executive Officer of Suji Motthat the development would boost commercial activities and further enhance Abuja’s reputation as a destination for world-classors Ltd, Dr. Sujibumi Ogundele; the Chief Executive Officer of Aiben Properties, Dr. Andy Elerewe; Engr. Jerry Ameh, as well as other prominent players in Nigeria’s real estate sector.
Among the strategic partners unveiled at the ceremony were Prime Elevation Ltd, the project’s construction contractor, Suji Motors and Aiben Properties, among others.
