Asikhia Focuses on Governance, Expansion at Festrut Group

Professor Festus Uwakhemen Asikhia, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Festrut Group, is overseeing the company’s expansion in Nigeria’s real estate sector with a focus on governance, project delivery and property documentation.

Asikhia, a former senior officer of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), founded Festrut Global Shelter Nigeria Limited in 2010.

According to the company, its operations are centred on residential property development and related real estate services, with an emphasis on compliance with regulatory requirements and property documentation.

Among its completed residential developments are Defender’s Estate in Karshi, Festrut Kingdom Estate in Orozo and Festrut Estate in Katampe.

Industry participants say governance, transparency and efficient project execution remain important considerations for investors in Nigeria’s real estate market.

The company said it plans to expand its residential developments, improve title processing services and strengthen partnerships as part of its growth strategy.

Asikhia said the company’s focus remains on delivering residential projects while maintaining established operational and governance standards.
