Hills Business Connections Announces Open for Business 5.0 Conference

Hills Business Connections, the marketplace outreach arm of the Ecclesia Hills Church, has announced the fifth edition of its flagship business and leadership conference, Open for Business 5.0, themed: “Crossing the Red Sea.”


In a statement, it was noted that the conference would be taking place from Saturday, May 30 to Sunday, May 31, 2026, the two-day experience will gather entrepreneurs, corporate executives, innovators, ministry leaders, professionals, and transformational thinkers for powerful conversations centered on leadership, purpose, resilience, and nation-building.
Inspired by the biblical account in Exodus 14, Crossing the Red Sea represents seasons where individuals and organizations face uncertainty, pressure, and seemingly impossible barriers, yet discover new pathways through courage, faith, wisdom, and decisive action.
According to the organizers, the 2026 edition is designed to inspire participants to embrace bold leadership, move beyond limitations, and step confidently into greater impact and purpose.


Conference sessions will address critical themes including: Leadership and career growth, family and personal development, ministry and faith-driven service, entrepreneurship and business transformation, nation building and societal influence, freedom, purpose, and transformational living


The statement further stated that the first day of the conference would be held at The Wheatbaker, Saturday, May 30, 2026, 8:00 a.m, while noting that the second day of the conference would be held at Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel, May 31, 2026.
The statement remarked that participation is free, but registration is mandatory, while calling on the members register for Open for Business 2026.


The statement remarked that the conference which will be open be for Business 5.0 will host an exceptional lineup of respected marketplace leaders and transformational voices, including: Chairman and Co-Founder of African Capital Alliance, Dr. Okechukwu Enelamah. Enelamah, who was the former Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment is widely regarded as one of the Africa leading investment and policy experts. He has played a significant role in shaping private equity, economic reform, and leadership development across the continent.


Also, gracing the conference is the managing Director of Meristem Family Office, Kemi Ojenike. She is also communications coach, family wealth advisor, and Co-Founder of The Destiny Trust. Her work focuses on intentional leadership, personal transformation, and sustainable wealth stewardship. Another respected marketplace leader, who will lend his voice in the conference is the Managing Director of Kingdom Equity Management and Group, Nosa Igbinedion; and Managing Director of Gartmore Investment, bringing extensive expertise in international finance, investment strategy, and enterprise leadership.
