As Imo State celebrates her Golden Jubilee Anniversary, the moment has drawn reflections and heartfelt goodwill messages from distinguished personalities across the globe.

One of such Igbo illustrious sons and cultural ambassadors is His Royal Majesty, Ezeigbo Ghana, Chukwudi Ihenetu, whose message resonates with pride in the past and optimism for the future.

In a letter he personally signed at his Obi Udo, Obi Eziokwu royal palace in Ghana, a copy which was made available to his Country – Director on Media Strategy and Communications, Njoku Macdonald Obinna, describes the Golden Anniversary as more than a ceremonial event, but a profound moment to honour the sacrifices of the founding fathers and the enduring resilience of Ndi Imo.

From its early years to its present standing, Imo State has remained a beacon of enterprise, education, and cultural pride.

According to him, the strength of the state lies in its people, resourceful, forward-looking, and deeply connected to communal values.
