NCDMB, Osanebi and Sons Nig. Limited, Launch Welding, Fabrication Training for Delta Youths

The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has partnered with Lucky Osanebi and Sons Nig Ltd to provide a one-month training programme in welding and fabrication for youths in Delta State.

The training, which commenced yesterday, aims to equip participants with specialized skills in welding fabrication, enhancing their employability and contribution to the energy sector.

This initiative underscores the NCDMB’s commitment to developing local capacity and capabilities in critical skills required by the industry.

By providing hands-on training and practical experience, the program seeks to bridge the skill gap and boost employment opportunities for Delta youths.

The training programme is designed to provide participants with industry-relevant skills, aligning with the NCDMB’s mandate to promote Nigerian content in the oil and gas industry.

Upon completion, participants will receive certificates, recognizing their proficiency in welding and fabrication.
