Award-winning fashion designer Michael Aladenusi Badejo, popularly known as Omotailor and founder of the heritage fashion house Omotailor London 1967, has announced the upcoming launch of his new Ready-to-Wear collection titled KADARA. The designer, who recently won the Nigeria Achievers Awards – Fashion Designer of the Year 2024 and the Icon African Fashion Leadership Award of the Year 2024, revealed details of the collection during an exclusive appearance on African Independence Television.

Set for release on January 1st, 2026, KADARA represents a bold new chapter for the brand as Omotailor marks ten years of redefining African elegance and contemporary tailoring. Inspired by the Yoruba word “Kadara” meaning destiny, the collection symbolizes new beginnings, purpose, and the designer’s renewed commitment to craftsmanship, cultural identity, and global-standard ready-to-wear fashion.
