Zylus Homes, one of Nigeria’s foremost real estate development companies, has officially unveiled Lekki Avana Phase II in Eleranigbe, Ibeju-Lekki, a landmark project that is already being celebrated as the most sought-after bungalow in Lagos. The highly anticipated launch attracted thousands of stakeholders, dignitaries, investors, and real estate professionals, making it one of the most remarkable events in the history of Nigeria’s real estate industry.

The Lekki Avana Phase II development is a bold continuation of the #ZylusProject2000HomesIn5Years, Zylus Homes’ commitment to delivering modern, affordable, and sustainable housing across Nigeria. Speaking at the event, Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye, Group CEO of Zylus Homes, reaffirmed the company’s mission of bridging the nation’s housing deficit. He emphasized that Lekki Avana Phase II is a reflection of Zylus Homes’ track record of excellence, building on the resounding success of Lekki Avana Bungalow and Resort, and setting a new benchmark for quality housing delivery.

Adding to this, Mrs. Bukola Olatujoye, CEO of Zylus Homes, described Lekki Avana Phase II as “not just a development, but a legacy project designed to define housing standards in Ibeju-Lekki and beyond.” She highlighted the estate as a future-proof community and assured subscribers and investors that Zylus Homes will continue to prioritize quality, transparency, and timely execution across all its projects.

The event was marked by several historic milestones. The commissioning of the 2,425-meter Eleranigbe Road, a major CSR initiative by Zylus Homes, was performed by HRM Oba Wasiu Olasunkanmi Rasak in the company of other dignitaries. The official unveiling of Lekki Avana Phase II followed, with the ribbon cutting conducted by Dr. Niyi Adesanya and TPL Olakunle John Aboyeji, General Manager of the NTDA.

The Lagos State Government, represented by key officials, lent its full support to the project. Mrs. Adegoke Ojo, Director of Procurement at the Ministry of Housing, who represented the Honourable Commissioner for Housing, delivered a goodwill message emphasizing the critical role of public-private partnerships in closing Nigeria’s housing gap. The Special Adviser to the Governor on Housing, Mrs. Barakat Odunnuga Bakare, was also present, reinforcing the government’s backing for sustainable housing solutions.

In his address, the Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, commended Zylus Homes for its dedication to the infrastructural and residential development of Ibeju-Lekki. He remarked that Lekki Avana Phase II would not only bridge housing deficits but also stimulate economic activity, create jobs, and solidify Ibeju-Lekki’s position as the new epicenter of Lagos’ real estate growth.

The launch was graced by a distinguished lineup of traditional rulers, community leaders, and industry stakeholders. Notable among them were HRM Oba Olufolarin Ogunsanwo, the Alara of Iara; Otunba Stephen Ajose, the Kiniun Onile O’dua of Yoruba Land; as well as the leadership of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Lagos Chapter, led by Dr. Tony Aspire Kolawole. Nigerian football legend Kanu Nwankwo also attended, further adding glamour to the historic day.

The success of Lekki Avana Phase II builds upon the remarkable record of Lekki Avana Phase I, which was launched in March 2025 and sold out in just 18 days. Within months, over 84 bungalows reached carcass level, with more than 50 units already allocated, solidifying Zylus Homes’ reputation for trust and timely delivery. With Phase II, the company has scaled up the vision, offering a bigger and bolder opportunity for investors and families to own a piece of Lagos’ fastest-selling bungalow development.

With this launch, Zylus Homes has once again demonstrated that it is not merely building houses but creating thriving communities where families can live, relax, and build legacies. The unveiling of Lekki Avana Phase II reinforces the company’s bold mission of delivering 2,000 homes in 5 years, a vision that continues to inspire confidence across Nigeria’s housing sector.
