Gloval Properties Holds Landmark Allocation at Soteria Palms Estate
Land allocation remains one of the most pressing challenges in Nigeria’s real estate sector, with many buyers paying for plots but waiting years without being allocated. Gloval Properties, a relatively new entrant in the industry, is attempting to change that story and offer value addition especially through their agro-real estate offerings. The company recently carried out its first allocation exercise at Soteria Palms Estate in Igbooye, EPE, where more than 30 clients received their plots.
For many of the beneficiaries, the event was more than just a formal handover, it was the fulfillment of expectations. Clients walked through the marked-out plots, and as they reviewed their documents, some expressed relief that a process often fraught with delays and broken promises in the wider market was being handled with such transparency. The exercise, which brought together investors, company executives, and community members, underscored the growing demand for real estate solutions that combine trust, innovation, and tangible value.
Speaking at the event, Gloria Ijeomah, MD/CEO of Gloval Properties, said:
“Land allocation is a big deal in Nigeria because many people buy and never get allocated. At Gloval, we guarantee allocation within 3 to 6 months after payment, and beyond that, we are ensuring the land works for you and that you enjoy peace of mind and total transparency.”
The estate introduces a model where plots are cultivated with Supergene Tenera specie of palm trees. The idea, according to the company, is that investors benefit not only from land appreciation but also from agricultural yields over time.
Valentine Ijeomah, Chairman of Gloval Properties, highlighted the company’s focus on transparency through technology:
“We have installed solar-powered CCTV cameras on every plot, giving clients, especially those in the diaspora, real-time access to their land. From anywhere in the world, they can monitor the growth of their palm trees, call for harvest, and even request sales or processing. It’s a new era of digital, transparent real estate.”
Clients expressed optimism about the model. Alutu Kenechukwu, a structural consultant and investor, described the estate as a vision becoming reality:
“This isn’t just about land waiting for future development, it’s steady cash flow. From March when I first visited and saw bushes, to today with well-laid plots and thriving palms, my expectations have been exceeded.”
Another client, Mr. Miracle, added:
“I noticed and witnessed Soteria Palms to be 100% authentic. Apart from being allocated my land, I also have the option to monitor it anytime through the CCTV. That’s top notch.”
By integrating agriculture with real estate and offering early allocation, Gloval Properties is positioning Soteria Palms as a response to long-standing investor concerns in Nigeria’s property market.
