Evot Designs to Remodel Oyo State Investment Agency, Blends Modernity with History

In a significant move aimed at boosting the state’s economic drive, the Oyo State Investment and Public-Private Partnership Agency (OYSIPPPA) is set to undergo a comprehensive transformation project.

The contract for the ambitious remodeling and furnishing of the agency’s headquarters in Jericho, Ibadan, has been awarded to Evot Designs Limited, a renowned design firm known for its innovative approach.

According to a statement released by the management of Evot Designs on Tuesday, the project will leverage state-of-the-art 3D rendering technology to modernize the facility while meticulously preserving its historical significance and character.

The project scope extends beyond the building’s interior. The firm has announced plans for an eco-friendly landscaping revolution, which will integrate lush greenery directly into the flooring designs. However, the existing asphalt flooring in the front view and car park area will be maintained.

The Lead Designer and visionary behind the project, Oluwabusola Olayinka Talabi, stated that the initiative is more than just an aesthetic upgrade.

“In our philosophy, effective interior design is not merely about beauty; it is about intentionally creating a functional space that actively fosters and supports the core mission of its occupants,” Talabi explained.
