Affable Homes Champions Youth Empowerment, Names Headline Sponsor For 2026 JPI Youth Convention

Jamie Pajoel International (JPI), a Global Youth Leadership organisation, has announced Affable Homes Limited as the Headline Sponsor under the Real Estate Category for the 2026 JPI Youth Leadership Convention, set to hold on the 28th -29th of March, 2026 in the city of Abuja, the Federal Capital territory of Nigeria
This partnership goes beyond traditional sponsorship. It reflects a transformative commitment between a visionary real estate firm and a mission-driven youth organization. Affable Homes Ltd, led by its Chairman and Group Managing Director, ESV. FIMC, CMC, Chidinma Nwaka, brings to the table not just financial support but a deeply rooted passion for economic empowerment, land accessibility, and grassroots entrepreneurship for Nigerian youths. At the official signing ceremony held at the company’s headquarters in Lagos, both organizations reaffirmed their alignment in values and vision.
For Affable Homes, this move aligns directly with its strategic focus to demystify land ownership and dismantle the barriers that often alienate young people from real estate investments. “We’re not just here to brand our logo on a banner,” said ESV. Nwaka. “We’re here to build something deeper — a long-term pathway where young Nigerians can see themselves as landowners, developers, and economic leaders.” The company plans to launch several post-event programs in collaboration with JPI, including Youth Land Access Funds, Real Estate Bootcamps, and community development grants.
JPI, which has impacted over 10 million youths through its leadership conferences, state chapters, and global programs, believes this partnership with Affable Homes signals a new era of multi-sector collaboration. Dr. Jamie Pajoel, the organization’s founder, emphasized that no single sector can drive sustainable development in isolation. “Our young people need more than hope — they need systems. They need to see that whether it’s real estate, tech, agriculture, or finance, there are leaders ready to open doors.”
Since its inception in 2009, JPI has emerged as one of the most influential youth-driven organizations on the continent, having sponsored over 27 young Nigerians to international conferences, and launched community-driven projects in all 36 States and the FCT. The 2026 Convention is poised to be the most ambitious yet. It will bring together young visionaries from over 14 countries including Nigeria, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Cameroon, South Africa, Canada, USA, UK, Belgium, and the Tanzania.
While the global scope of the event is significant, its focus remains unapologetically Nigerian. The Convention aims to address urgent local challenges — from youth unemployment and housing access, to social innovation and leadership training. Affable Homes’ involvement therefore is not coincidental, but strategic. It responds to the dual crisis of economic exclusion and underutilized youth potential, offering a model for private sector intervention that is replicable, scalable, and deeply impactful.
However, the larger goal is to galvanize other sectors into action. The 2026 Convention will feature themed panels and breakout tracks tailored for diverse industries — technology, finance, health, education, creative industries, and agriculture. JPI is inviting banks to design microgrant schemes, tech firms to host innovation labs, universities to co-sponsor educational accelerators, and media houses to provide storytelling platforms for emerging youth leaders.
According to Mr. Michael Chizota, National President of JPI Nigeria, “This is not a one-off sponsorship deal. This is a call to every industry player – from fintech founders to fashion innovators – to join us in building a sustainable ecosystem for youth empowerment. Affable Homes has taken the lead. Who’s next?”
The upcoming convention will not only showcase inspiring keynote speakers and global voices, but also spotlight youth-led innovations, community-driven projects, and grassroots entrepreneurship models. Delegates will be offered the chance to engage directly with industry leaders, pitch development concepts, and receive real-time mentorship from experts committed to shaping Nigeria’s future.
This is an invitation to corporate Nigeria, international development agencies, and African entrepreneurs: don’t just support youth from the sidelines — invest in them, walk with them, build with them.
With Affable Homes setting the example, and Jamie Pajoel International providing the platform, the 2026 Convention in Abuja is shaping up to be a defining moment for public-private partnerships and youth development across Africa. It will not just be an event – it will be a movement. The call is clear: empower the young, and they will build the nation.
