Real Estate breakfast conference drives conversations around investment in Enugu and south east.
Enugu, Nigeria – The South East real estate sector witnessed a significant gathering of stakeholders as the Real Estate Breakfast Conference convened in Enugu, drawing industry leaders, investors, and professionals under one roof. The event, hosted by Nnamani Kelechi (KCN), founder of MetroTrybe Consult and director of South East Realtors (SRG) Academy, took place at the Amadeo Event Center.
Prominent speakers included the Honourable Commissioner for Land and Urban Development in Enugu State, Barr. Chimaobi Okorie; Prince Amobi of DBen Estate; Jeff Anozie of Braudy Global; Esther Orok-Ekemini, co-founder of Restherbridge; Joseph Don, founder of Kaizen Academy; Chinedu Ifechelobi, primary licensee for TEDx Enugu; and Okeke Great, special assistant to the governor on visuals. The diverse lineup provided practical insights into the sector, investment opportunities, and evolving trends.
In his keynote address, KCN emphasized the importance of early investment, ethical real estate practices, and personal branding in driving success in the industry. “We are not just building houses; we are building futures,” he noted, underscoring a vision of creating generational wealth through property ownership.
